Registration Fee Includes:

1. Author registration fee includes participation in the technical programme, 15 minutes presentation time, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks on November 16, publication fee in the conference proceedings, conference e-proceedings, etc.
2. Presenter registration fee includes participation in the technical programme, 15 minutes presentation time, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks on November 16,  etc.
3. Delegate registration fee includes participation in the technical programme, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks on November 16,  etc.
4. Please note that the registration fee doesn't include the accommodation, air ticket, visa application, etc.
5. Each paper should be no less than 8 pages including figures and references (papers beyond 10 pages are subject to extra charges, the paper should be no more than 15 pages, and additional page will be charged 50 USD per page.  

Exclusion of Liability

The Conference Organizer will not be held responsible for participants' failure to attend the conference directly or indirectly occasioned by visa application deny, riots, diseases or any conditions beyond the control of the Conference Organizer. And thus, the conference registration fee cannot be refunded.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

The cancellation deadline is on October 10th, 2024.
Cancellations before October 10th, 2024 is acceptable but it will be charged for 30% of registration fee as the handling fee.

Conference Site Safety Policy

For safety of your properties, please take good care of your belongings in the conference site. The organizer will not be held responsible for any damage or loss by way cause whatsoever. For the safety of participants and properties, please be sure to wear the conference badge in the conference period. And participants are not suggested to carry unrelated people into the conference rooms.

1. The early bird registration deadline is August 05, 2024.
2. Additional paper registration requests that two papers have the same FIRST Author.
3. Student author registration requests 1st author is student.
